Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 500 g Bread flour
  • 300 ml Warm water
  • 1 Cream cheese
  • 7 g Yeast
  • 1 Honey for boiling
  • 1 Lox

Instructions

    Make dough, let rise 1 hour.

    Divide into 8, shape into bagels. Refrigerate overnight.

    Boil bagels in honey water 1 minute each side.

  4. 4

    Bake at 230°C for 15-20 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve with cream cheese and lox.
