Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Cheddar cheese
- 400 g Tomato sauce
- 500 g Ground beef
- 200 g Cooked rice
- 6 Bell peppers
- 1 Italian seasoning
Instructions

Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds.

Brown beef with onion. Add rice, half the sauce and seasonings.

Stuff peppers with mixture.

Place in baking dish, pour remaining sauce around.

Cover, bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Top with cheese, bake uncovered 5 minutes.
