Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 1 Fresh thyme
- 500 g Ground beef
- 500 ml Beef gravy
Instructions

Mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs and half the onion. Form patties.

Brown patties on both sides.

Sauté remaining onion and mushrooms.

Add gravy and thyme. Return patties.

Simmer 15-20 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
