Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 250 ml Beef stock
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 200 ml Sour cream
  • 1 Egg noodles
  • 500 g Beef sirloin

Instructions

    Brown beef quickly over high heat. Set aside.

    Sauté mushrooms and onion.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with flour, add stock, simmer until thickened.

  4. 4

    Return beef, stir in sour cream. Don't boil.

  5. 5

    Serve over egg noodles.
