Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 Coarse salt
  • 300 ml Warm water
  • 1 Yellow mustard
  • 7 g Yeast
  • 1 Baking soda for boiling

Instructions

    Make dough, let rise 1 hour.

    Divide into 8, roll into ropes, shape pretzels.

    Boil briefly in water with baking soda.

    Place on baking sheet, sprinkle with salt.

    Bake at 230°C for 12-15 minutes.

    Serve warm with mustard.
