- 400 g Flour
- 1 Coarse salt
- 300 ml Warm water
- 1 Yellow mustard
- 7 g Yeast
- 1 Baking soda for boiling

Divide into 8, roll into ropes, shape pretzels.

Boil briefly in water with baking soda.
