Ingredients

- 1 Parmesan cheese
- 400 g Mozzarella
- 1 Fresh basil
- 1 Pizza dough
- 1 Italian sausage
- 500 g Crushed tomatoes
Instructions

Press dough into deep dish pan, up the sides.

Layer cheese first, then any toppings.

Spread crushed tomatoes on top.

Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Bake at 220°C for 30-35 minutes.
