Ingredients

  • 60 g Butter
  • 1 Lemon wedges
  • 1 Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 Catfish fillets

Instructions

    Heat cast iron skillet until very hot.

    Dip fish in melted butter, coat with Cajun seasoning.

    Cook 3-4 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through.
