Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne
  • 8 Chicken pieces

Instructions

    Soak chicken in buttermilk overnight.

    Mix flour with all seasonings.

  3. 3

    Dredge chicken in seasoned flour.

  4. 4

    Fry at 170°C for 15-18 minutes until golden and cooked.

    Drain on wire rack. Season with salt.
