Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 200 g Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon Old bay seasoning
  • 500 g Clam strips
  • 1 Tartar sauce

Instructions

    Season flour with Old Bay.

    Dredge clams in flour, then egg, then panko.

    Fry at 190°C until golden, 2-3 minutes.

    Drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Serve with tartar sauce and lemon.
