Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 200 g Cornmeal
  • 8 Hot dogs
  • 1 Wooden skewers

Instructions

    Mix cornmeal, flour and sugar. Add egg and buttermilk.

    Insert skewers into hot dogs.

    Dip in batter, coating evenly.

    Fry at 180°C until golden, about 4-5 minutes.

    Serve with mustard and ketchup.
