Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 150 g Flour
- 1 Oil for frying
- 250 ml Buttermilk
- 200 g Cornmeal
- 8 Hot dogs
- 1 Wooden skewers
Instructions

Mix cornmeal, flour and sugar. Add egg and buttermilk.

Insert skewers into hot dogs.

Dip in batter, coating evenly.

Fry at 180°C until golden, about 4-5 minutes.
