Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Flour
- 150 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 500 g Dill pickle slices
- 1 Ranch dressing

Pat pickles dry.

Mix flour with Cajun seasoning.

Dredge pickles in flour, then egg, then panko.

Fry at 190°C until golden, about 2 minutes.

Drain on paper towels.
