Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 120 ml Milk
  • 60 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 kg Sweet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 For topping: 100g brown sugar

Instructions

    Mix sweet potatoes with sugar, eggs, butter, milk and vanilla.

    Spread in baking dish.

    Mix topping ingredients, sprinkle over potatoes.

  4. 4

    Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes until topping is golden.
