- 60 g Butter
- 100 g Cheddar cheese
- 4 Strips bacon
- 1 Green onions
- 120 ml Sour cream
- 4 Large russet potatoes

Prick potatoes with fork. Bake at 200°C for 1 hour.

Slice open, fluff interior with fork.

Add butter, season with salt and pepper.

Top with sour cream, cheese, bacon and green onions.
