Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Egg
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 2 Large onions

Instructions

    Separate onion slices into rings.

    Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk in egg and milk.

    Dip rings in batter, then breadcrumbs.

    Fry at 190°C until golden, 2-3 minutes.

    Drain on paper towels. Season with salt.

    Serve with ranch or ketchup.
