Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 225 g Butter
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 350 g Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 For coating: 50g sugar

Instructions

    Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs.

    Mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda. Add to wet ingredients.

    Mix coating sugar and cinnamon.

  4. 4

    Roll dough into balls, roll in cinnamon sugar.

  5. 5

    Place on baking sheets.

  6. 6

    Bake at 190°C for 8-10 minutes.

    Cool on baking sheet.
