Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 250 ml Vegetable oil
- 3 Ripe bananas
- 300 g Sugar
- 300 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 Cream cheese frosting
- 200 g Crushed pineapple
- 100 g Pecans
Instructions

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon.

Beat eggs and oil, add to dry ingredients.

Fold in bananas, pineapple and pecans.

Divide between three 9-inch pans.

Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.

Cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting.

Decorate with additional pecans.
