Ingredients
- 2 Yellow cake layers
- 500 ml Vanilla pastry cream
- 1 For ganache: 200g dark chocolate

Bake or buy two yellow cake layers. Cool completely.

Make pastry cream, chill.

Place one cake layer on plate. Spread with pastry cream.

Top with second layer.

Heat cream, pour over chocolate. Stir until smooth.

Pour ganache over cake, letting it drip down sides.

Refrigerate until set.
