Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 1 Parmesan cheese
  • 400 ml Heavy cream
  • 200 g Andouille sausage
  • 200 g Shrimp
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 Cajun seasoning
  • 400 g Penne pasta

Instructions

    Cook pasta according to package.

    Season and cook chicken. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook sausage, add onion and pepper.

  4. 4

    Add cream and Cajun seasoning, simmer.

  5. 5

    Add shrimp, cook until pink.

  6. 6

    Return chicken, toss with pasta.

    Top with Parmesan.
