Ingredients

  • 60 g Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Stalks celery
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Green onions
  • 1 Cooked rice
  • 500 g Crawfish tails
  • 500 ml Seafood stock

Instructions

    Melt butter, sauté trinity until soft.

    Add garlic and flour, cook 2 minutes.

    Gradually add stock, simmer until thick.

    Add crawfish and Cajun seasoning.

  5. 5

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Serve over rice, garnished with green onions.
