Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g Flour
- 1 Oil for frying
- 150 g Cornmeal
- 4 Green tomatoes
- 1 Ranch dressing or remoulade
Instructions

Season tomato slices with salt and pepper.

Dredge in flour, dip in egg, coat with cornmeal.

Fry in 1/2 inch oil until golden, 2-3 minutes per side.

Drain on paper towels.

Serve warm with dipping sauce.
