Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 60 g Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 Lemon wedges
  • 1 Butter for cooking
  • 1 Old bay seasoning
  • 2 Green onions
  • 500 g Lump crab meat

Instructions

    Gently mix crab with mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire, breadcrumbs, onions and seasoning.

    Form into 8 patties. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

    Pan-fry in butter 4-5 minutes per side until golden.

    Serve with lemon wedges and remoulade sauce.
