Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 500 g Ricotta cheese
- 400 g Mozzarella
- 1 Fresh basil
- 100 g Parmesan
- 500 g Ground beef
- 750 ml Marinara sauce
- 12 Lasagna noodles
- 500 g Italian sausage

Cook noodles according to package.

Brown beef and sausage. Add marinara.

Mix ricotta with egg and half the Parmesan.

Layer: sauce, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella. Repeat.

Top with remaining cheese.

Cover and bake at 190°C for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 15 more.

Rest 15 minutes before cutting.
