Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon White vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard
- 1 Paprika for garnish

Hard boil eggs. Cool in ice water.

Peel eggs, cut in half lengthwise.

Remove yolks, mash with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Pipe or spoon filling into whites.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Refrigerate until serving.
