Ingredients
- 1 Whipped cream
- 4 Egg yolks
- 1 Graham cracker crust
- 400 g Sweetened condensed milk
- 120 ml Key lime juice
- 1 Zest of 2 limes
Instructions

Whisk egg yolks until pale.

Add condensed milk and whisk until smooth.

Stir in lime juice and zest.

Pour into crust.

Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until just set.
