Ingredients

  • 1 Whipped cream
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 1 Graham cracker crust
  • 400 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 120 ml Key lime juice
  • 1 Zest of 2 limes

Instructions

    Whisk egg yolks until pale.

    Add condensed milk and whisk until smooth.

    Stir in lime juice and zest.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until just set.

    Cool, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.

    Serve with whipped cream.
