Ingredients
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Butter
- 3 Ripe bananas
- 150 g Sugar
- 200 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 100 g Chocolate chips or walnuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf pan.

Mix mashed bananas with melted butter.

Stir in sugar, egg and vanilla.

Add baking soda and salt, then flour.

Fold in chocolate chips or walnuts if using.

Pour into pan. Bake 55-65 minutes.

Cool before slicing.
