Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 250 ml Vegetable oil
  • 400 g Sugar
  • 400 g Carrots
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 100 g Walnuts
  • 1 Cream cheese frosting
  • 100 g Crushed pineapple

Instructions

    Mix flour, baking powder and spices.

    Beat sugar, oil and eggs.

    Add dry ingredients, then carrots, nuts and pineapple.

    Pour into greased pans. Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.

    Cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting.

  6. 6

    Decorate with additional walnuts.
