Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
  • 60 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Unbaked pie crust
  • 300 g Pecan halves
  • 250 ml Corn syrup

Instructions

    Beat eggs with corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.

    Spread pecans in pie crust.

    Pour filling over pecans.

    Bake at 180°C for 50-55 minutes until set.

    Cool completely before slicing.

  6. 6

    Serve with vanilla ice cream.
