Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 Whipped cream
  • 1 Unbaked pie crust
  • 400 g Pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
  • 350 ml Evaporated milk

Instructions

    Mix pumpkin, eggs, sugar, salt and spices.

    Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 220°C for 15 minutes, then 180°C for 45 minutes.

    Pie is done when knife inserted comes out clean.

    Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream.
