Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 200 ml Mayonnaise
  • 4 Hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Paprika
  • 3 Stalks celery
  • 1 kg Yukon gold potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Dill pickle relish

Instructions

    Boil potatoes until tender. Cool and cube.

    Mix mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt and pepper.

    Combine potatoes, eggs, celery and onion.

    Fold in dressing.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
