Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 200 g Flour
- 1 Oil for frying
- 100 ml Buttermilk
- 4 Cube steaks
- 1 teaspoon Each paprika
- 1 For gravy: pan drippings
Instructions

Pound steaks thin. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix flour with seasonings. Whisk eggs with buttermilk.

Dredge steaks in flour, then egg, then flour again.

Fry in 1 inch oil until golden, 3-4 minutes per side.

Make gravy: add flour to drippings, cook 2 minutes. Add milk, stir until thick.

Serve steaks smothered in gravy with mashed potatoes.
