Ingredients

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 60 g Butter
  • 500 g Cooked chicken
  • 500 ml Chicken stock
  • 2 Carrots
  • 60 g Flour
  • 2 Sheets puff pastry
  • 1 Fresh thyme
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 2 Stalks celery
  • 1 Egg wash

Instructions

    Sauté carrots and celery in butter until soft.

    Add flour, cook 2 minutes.

    Gradually add stock and milk. Simmer until thick.

    Add chicken, peas and thyme. Season well.

  5. 5

    Pour into baking dish. Top with puff pastry.

    Brush with egg wash, cut vents.

    Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes until golden.
