Ingredients
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Cheddar cheese
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 200 g Frozen peas and carrots
- 1 kg Frozen tater tots
Instructions

Brown beef with onion. Drain.

Mix with soup, vegetables, half the cheese.

Spread in baking dish.

Arrange tater tots on top in single layer.

Bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes until tots are crispy.

Top with remaining cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
