Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 750 g Ground beef
  • 250 g Ground pork
  • 1 For glaze: 120ml ketchup

Instructions

    Sauté onion and garlic. Cool.

    Mix all meatloaf ingredients with hands. Don't overmix.

  3. 3

    Shape into loaf on baking sheet or in loaf pan.

    Mix glaze ingredients. Spread half over meatloaf.

  5. 5

    Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Add remaining glaze.

    Bake 15 minutes more until internal temp reaches 70°C.

    Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
