Ingredients

  • 1 For biscuits: 300g flour
  • 1 For gravy: 500g breakfast sausage

Instructions

    Make biscuits: cut butter into flour, salt and baking powder. Add buttermilk, mix briefly.

    Pat out, cut rounds. Bake at 220°C for 12-15 minutes.

    Cook sausage, breaking up. Don't drain fat.

    Sprinkle flour over sausage, stir.

  5. 5

    Gradually add milk, stirring until thick.

  6. 6

    Season generously with pepper and salt.

  7. 7

    Split biscuits, smother with gravy.
