Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon wedges
  • 1 kg Mussels
  • 500 g Shrimp
  • 1 Melted butter
  • 2 kg Littleneck clams
  • 6 Lobster tails
  • 6 Ears corn
  • 1 kg Small red potatoes
  • 3 Andouille sausages
  • 1 Old bay seasoning

Instructions

    Layer potatoes, then sausage, then corn in large pot with 2 cups water.

    Steam covered for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add lobster tails, cook 5 minutes.

    Add clams, mussels and shrimp. Cook 8-10 minutes.

    Discard unopened shellfish.

  6. 6

    Serve on newspaper with melted butter and lemon.
