Ingredients
- 1 Lemon wedges
- 1 kg Mussels
- 500 g Shrimp
- 1 Melted butter
- 2 kg Littleneck clams
- 6 Lobster tails
- 6 Ears corn
- 1 kg Small red potatoes
- 3 Andouille sausages
- 1 Old bay seasoning
Instructions

Layer potatoes, then sausage, then corn in large pot with 2 cups water.

Steam covered for 15 minutes.

Add lobster tails, cook 5 minutes.

Add clams, mussels and shrimp. Cook 8-10 minutes.

Discard unopened shellfish.

Serve on newspaper with melted butter and lemon.
