- 1 Mayonnaise
- 6 Strips thick-cut bacon
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 2 Large lettuce leaves
- 4 slices Ripe tomato
Instructions

Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Toast bread.

Spread mayonnaise on all slices.

Layer lettuce, tomato and bacon.

Season tomato with salt and pepper.
