Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Egg
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 200 g Flour
  • 30 g Melted butter
  • 1 Maple syrup and butter for serving

Instructions

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

    Whisk milk, egg and melted butter.

    Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Lumps are okay.

    Heat griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease.

    Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.

  6. 6

    Flip when bubbles form on surface.

  7. 7

    Serve with butter and maple syrup.
