Ingredients
- 1 Crust: 200g graham crackers
- 1 Filling: 900g cream cheese

Crush crackers, mix with butter and sugar. Press into springform pan. Bake 10 minutes at 160°C.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs one at a time.

Mix in sour cream, vanilla and lemon juice.

Pour over crust. Bake at 160°C for 60-75 minutes until just set.

Turn off oven, leave door ajar, let cool in oven 1 hour.
