Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 60 g Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Fresh chives
  • 500 g Cooked lobster meat
  • 1 Stalk celery
  • 4 Split-top hot dog buns

Instructions

    Mix lobster with mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery and chives.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Butter outsides of buns and toast until golden.

  4. 4

    Fill buns with lobster salad.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately with chips and pickles.
