Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 Onion
- 500 g Ribeye steak
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
Instructions

Cook onions until caramelized, 15 minutes. Set aside.

Cook steak slices quickly on hot griddle, chopping as they cook.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide meat into 4 portions on griddle. Top each with cheese.

Place roll on top to catch melting cheese.

Flip, add onions, close sandwich.
