Ingredients
- 1 Bbq sauce
- 2 kg Pork shoulder
- 1 Dry rub: 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 250 ml Apple cider vinegar
- 1 Brioche buns
- 1 Coleslaw
Instructions

Rub pork with dry rub. Refrigerate overnight.

Smoke or slow-roast at 110°C for 8-10 hours until internal temp reaches 93°C.

Rest 30 minutes, then pull apart with forks.

Mix with apple cider vinegar and BBQ sauce.

Serve on buns with coleslaw.
