Ingredients

  • 1 Bbq sauce
  • 2 kg Pork shoulder
  • 1 Dry rub: 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 250 ml Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Brioche buns
  • 1 Coleslaw

Instructions

    Rub pork with dry rub. Refrigerate overnight.

    Smoke or slow-roast at 110°C for 8-10 hours until internal temp reaches 93°C.

    Rest 30 minutes, then pull apart with forks.

  4. 4

    Mix with apple cider vinegar and BBQ sauce.

  5. 5

    Serve on buns with coleslaw.
