Ingredients
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 60 g Butter
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 60 g Flour
- 100 g Gruyère cheese
- 600 ml Whole milk
- 500 g Elbow macaroni
- 300 g Sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pinch Nutmeg and cayenne
Instructions

Cook pasta until al dente. Drain.

Make roux with butter and flour. Gradually add milk, whisk until thick.

Remove from heat. Stir in cheeses, mustard and seasonings.

Combine with pasta. Transfer to baking dish.

Top with breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.

Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
