Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 Celery sticks
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1 kg Chicken wings
  • 120 ml Hot sauce
  • 1 Blue cheese dressing

Instructions

    Pat wings dry. Season with salt and pepper.

    Fry in 190°C oil for 10-12 minutes until crispy and cooked through.

    Mix melted butter, hot sauce and vinegar.

    Toss wings in sauce.

    Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
