Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 50 g Butter
- 1 kg Onion
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 Shortcrust pastry
- 1 Nutmeg
Instructions

Cook onions in butter over low heat 30 minutes until very soft.

Line tart tin with pastry.

Whisk eggs and cream with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Spread onions in pastry, pour over egg mixture.

Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
