Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Fresh parsley
  • 1 Bouquet garni
  • 1 Vinaigrette
  • 250 g Puy lentils

Instructions

    Cook lentils with carrot, onion and bouquet garni until tender.

    Drain, remove vegetables and herbs.

    Toss with vinaigrette while warm.

    Garnish with parsley.

    Serve warm or at room temperature.
