Ingredients

  • 100 g Sugar
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 500 ml Whipped cream
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 30 Ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 Strawberry syrup

Instructions

    Dip ladyfingers briefly in syrup. Line charlotte mold.

    Puree half the strawberries with sugar.

  3. 3

    Fold puree into whipped cream and mascarpone.

  4. 4

    Fill mold with cream mixture and remaining berries.

  5. 5

    Top with more ladyfingers. Chill 6 hours.

  6. 6

    Unmold and decorate with strawberries.
