Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Mixed green lettuces

Instructions

    Wash and dry lettuces.

    Whisk vinegar, mustard and shallot.

    Slowly whisk in olive oil.

    Season dressing with salt and pepper.

    Toss greens with dressing just before serving.
