Ingredients
- 200 ml Cream
- 400 g Mixed mushrooms
- 1 Gruyère cheese
- 8 Thin crêpes
- 2 Shallots
- 1 Fresh tarragon
Instructions

Sauté mushrooms with shallots.

Add cream and tarragon. Reduce slightly.

Fill crêpes with mushroom mixture, roll up.

Place in baking dish, top with cheese.

Bake at 180°C until cheese melts.
