Ingredients

- 750 ml Vegetable stock
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 200 ml Cream
- 500 g Mixed mushrooms
- 1 Fresh thyme
- 1 Truffle oil
Instructions

Sauté mushrooms with onion and garlic.

Add stock and thyme. Simmer 15 minutes.
