Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 750 ml Vegetable stock
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 500 g Mixed mushrooms
  • 1 Fresh thyme
  • 1 Truffle oil

Instructions

    Sauté mushrooms with onion and garlic.

    Add stock and thyme. Simmer 15 minutes.

    Blend until smooth. Stir in cream.

    Season to taste.

    Drizzle with truffle oil to serve.
