- 1 Dijon mustard
- 1 Large saucisson à cuire
- 500 g Brioche dough

Poach saucisson 45 minutes. Cool and peel.

Roll brioche dough, wrap around sausage.

Seal seam with egg wash. Chill 30 minutes.

Brush with egg wash.

Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes until golden.

Serve sliced with mustard.
